How to Apply
A step-by-step overview of how vendors can register, qualify, and submit proposals for public tenders. The process is designed to ensure transparency, fairness, and efficiency, while maintaining full compliance with procurement governance and audit requirements.
Section A: New Vendor Registration

Sign-Up
Select "Sign Up" on the portal to start the guided registration wizard. Progress indicators will track your status.

Accept Policies
Review and accept the User Agreement, Code of Conduct, and Returns Policy.
Important: Acceptance is mandatory. The system records your IP and timestamp.

Submit Information
Complete the online form with Company Legal Name, CR Number, Tax ID, and Banking Info. Upon submission, you will receive a unique registration reference number via email.
Required for registration:
- Commercial Registration (CR)
- Tax Registration Number
- Banking Information
- Authorized Contact Details
Section B: Qualification & Verification

Review & Status Update
The procurement team reviews your documents. You will receive an email confirmation if qualified.
Only Qualified Vendors can access and apply for tenders.
Possible outcomes:
- Qualified Vendor: Status is updated and a confirmation email is sent.
- Not Qualified: The registration process is discontinued.
Section C & D: Discovery and Application Process

Tender Discovery
Qualified vendors can log in to the procurement portal to view available public tenders.

Apply to RFP
Select "Apply to RFP". The system will automatically verify your qualification status.

Submit Proposal
Vendors submit their technical and commercial proposals through the portal, where each submission is securely recorded and fully traceable.
A confirmation of successful submission is sent to the vendor.

- Access tender details and related documents
